Review on ACL Global by Jose Guevara

I love the idea behind this software. However, it is extremely difficult to get any sort of technical support from their support desk. When I tried to use their web form, the response was "The request could not be submitted because the message body was empty." I asked for more information about this problem, and received a link to an article describing the issue, but no actual support was offered. Their FAQs say "We cannot offer technical support," and the only contact point listed is the phone number of their sales department, which does not accept calls from outside the United States.
