This software is great! However, it is very difficult to get any kind of technical support from their support desk.

I love the idea behind this software. However, it is extremely difficult to get any sort of technical support from their support desk. When I tried to use their web form, the response was "The request could not be submitted because the message body was empty." I asked for more information about this problem, and received a link to an article describing the issue, but no actual support was offered. Their FAQs say "We cannot offer technical support," and the only contact point listed is the…

I am deleting the review and I am sure that any salesperson that reads this review will be fired.
