The technical support team is very helpful with any issue you have in regards of their service offerings or billing process for that matter! Nothing so far as I can recall but would not hesitate contacting them if needed at all times during my tenure here (almost 3 years). If they were more transparent about pricing models we might see some increased competition from other providers which could only benefit us both internally & externally alike when choosing CDNs/DNS provider options going forward. We had our own internal DNS infrastructure prior this partnership however found great value using theirs since then - no issues whatsoever!!
