Best replacement for leather strap.

My watch keeps breaking, especially the crystal dial, so I started wearing a men's watch to work. The only problem now is the watch strap, they are not durable. I'm looking at what I'm wearing now, it's a Timex Expedition and the strap broke in less than a month. I searched Revain for a LEATHER strap because Timex straps are plastic and found this one. I am SO happy with THIS particular group. It fits perfectly. The leather was a bit stiff at first, but it's real leather, not faux leather, and I love the fact that it has 2 tiny loops to keep the strap in place.
