The product is very well documented for developers who are new in this area. It has also great documentation available online which can be found here - https://docs.brightwolf.io/en/. We were able to build our solution quickly with minimal effort using existing open source components like MQTT broker from Brokerium. Our customers liked how easy it was to integrate the system into their business processes as we had all of the required features covered by default out of box without need to customize them so much. I would recommend working closely with your sales team when you choose an integrator because they will know what exactly needs to done before going live since some things might require additional customization depending upon customer's requirements.
