Review on Spectape ST501 Double Sided Adhesive Tape, 36 yards x 1-inch Width Paper by Jay Kenville

I am an industrial CNC milling machine operator who uses vacuum tables, special vacuum jigs and sometimes jigs. In the past I've tried using mounting tape and such on thin (1/16 inch) acrylic or similar things. When I tried something heavier, I wasn't happy with the grip when the work piece moves, work collapses, or worse. not sure. I tested with 1/2" poplar, doing 120 ipm in 3 roughing passes (super soft) at full cutter width and a single pass of 0.05" with 1/4" carbide presses. I kept the spoiler panel from MDF and the result was great! No movement. This tape will come in handy for me in the future for easy fixing. I will still be careful and more importantly. Safe!
