Proper crib net in bedding
This crib cover serves that purpose. It took minutes to calm down. The mesh is soft but strong, so the baby can't poke a hole in it even if they knock to get out. The zipper is on the outside and for adults only. The net is high enough (it's held in place by a wire built into the fabric) so your little one can even bounce around in their bed without feeling claustrophobic. The lid is easy to open/close and attach or remove from the crib. All in all a super safe crib network. My toddler was hesitant at first but now feels secure and refuses to go to bed unless the zip is fully closed!
