I like that this software allows me to manage my dispatching, tracking of our drivers as well as their pay rates in real time. It also gives us the ability to track every shipment from point A to B which is very helpful when we are faced with any issues or delays along the way. There really isn't anything at this present moment that i dislike about dita other than they could add more features but there aren't many things available for them to do so it's hard to complain. This is a great tool if you need some help keeping up to date with all your shipments! We have been able to keep up with our shipments without having to rely on paper work or emails to send updates back and forth. Also being able to see exactly where each driver has gone along with their last stop helps to ensure that no one goes missing during an event such as snow storms or road closures.
