In short, this is a great cream for baby's sensitive skin and helped cleanse my baby's skin. I would recommend it to any caregiver who needs natural skincare for their child! Read the long version. So we tried a new diaper brand. Everything was fine for a few days until my baby developed a rash and diaper allergy. Of course we stopped using the new diapers and went back to our old brand (still wondering why we switched?). The creams we already had, nappy ointment, protective ointment and head to toe ointment just didn't help and the rash cream seemed to make the reaction worse. Almost in a panic I found this product and ordered it. I had never heard of this company before but the ingredients looked promising and as the product name suggests I needed a 9-1-1 product. In the meantime we have been using an over the counter hydrocortisone cream to get rid of the rash and it has helped a lot but I didn't want to continue using the topical steroid on my baby's skin which could only be used up to three times. Day. It appears that the child on the pope has an eczema-like rash. (I have eczema myself.) I wanted natural relief for my baby. Luckily this cream arrived in just a few days and I stopped using all other creams for three days after that to test the effectiveness of this product. IT WORKS OUT! But first my impressions of the product. The packaging is really cute; simple, to the point and aesthetically pleasing. The box was a little wrinkled as it was sent in an envelope but the goods inside were not damaged. The only packaging improvement I could see was that the lid had a flip top instead of having to unscrew the lid every time, although it rotates freely and smoothly. I like that it comes in a tube so I can squeeze out the right amount and it moves well. After unscrewing the cap I removed the protective film and found that this cream has almost no odor, definitely no real scent which is great for sensitive skin. It has a barely noticeable natural scent when I actually sniff that is not visible on the skin and doesn't linger. When applied, this cream is SUPER smooth and feels soft on baby's skin, not greasy or sticky on skin. In terms of texture, it's a thinner (non-watery) product and doesn't do much. I put it on my baby's butt and within a day his skin looked so much better! The blush was a dull pink and his skin seemed to breathe a sigh of relief. After a few days, his skin was completely free of red spots and dry patches. Highly recommended for eczema and skin rashes that are not typical diaper rash. I will buy in the future. Definitely recommend! Thanks very much! Update 11/22/20: I still love this cream! I put it on a blister I got from raking leaves and the pain and itch relief was significant and immediate. I also put it on my arm after removing the bandage that had to be worn for two days after a minor surgery because my skin was so red and bumpy from the bandage adhesive. By the end of the day it got much better, there was less redness. The scent has grown on me and I like it very much.
