Setup wasn't as easy as other cameras available. Also, you MUST connect using the 2.4GHz band of your WiFi network. Be sure to check with your internet service provider (ISP) to ensure your Wi-Fi is turned on, as most routers are only configured for the 5GHz band. Splitting is easy to do, just call your ISP's support agent, tell them you have devices that require the 2.4GHz band, and they'll take care of it in minutes.
