Terrible! Spend the extra money and buy SOMETHING else! He did what he had to do, put pressure on the image. The sublimated area is perfect. Wherever the sleeve touches the surface of the mug, it sticks. Its design allows you to wrap the edges. He does it. But he doesn't go off at all. I've tried two and they both mess up! I lost more on the product than I saved by buying it! If I can return it, I will return it. But I really wanted to warn others!
