More than half of the essence was lost due to poor packaging.
I was really excited to try Needly toner pads as I heard they work wonders for people with sensitive skin. However, when I opened my package, I found that the packaging wasn't secure enough. As a result, more than half of the essence in the container is lost. I was extremely disappointed with this purchase as the product itself is not to blame but due to the packaging I was not able to experience the full effect of the toner pads.
