No numeric keypad, home button has been moved to an arrow key, function keys are set to use their secondary actions by default, each key has an odd spacing between them so your fingers don't feel where they are, blocking is capital letters equivalent to the distance from A to A from S, that doesn't work. The webcam is moved under the monitor, so business calls give your colleagues the prestigious honor of looking you straight in the nose. As a bonus, there are only 2 USB ports, so if you plan to connect anything other than peripherals, make sure you have a keyboard and mouse combo. I would not recommend this laptop to anyone who will be using it for work. For personal use as a glorified web browser/mp3 player of course, but nothing to do with programming or anything else for typing. This "docking" laptop also supports one less monitor than the Dell Precision M4800 with docking station. They reduced all the necessary functions. to make it a decent mobile workstation.
