What else can I say - I just love this oil dispenser! It's glass-bodied and I believe it holds about a cup of oil, which is certainly more than enough to quickly leave on the counter when we need to oil a pan or drizzle on potatoes before frying and frying. . similar, similar, similar. The head is plastic with a stainless steel nozzle and is easy to take apart as the 'eyes' are the buttons you press and this causes the black top to come off making it very easy to clean. Everything seems pretty solid and I don't see the plastic grip wearing out any time soon and the vitreous body size numbers fading as well. Of course, the flip cover is one of the best parts! It's always fun when someone comes to use it and we show them that all you have to do is slowly tilt their head and their "beak" will open to reveal the spout. Also, the subtle design blends in perfectly with everything else without being too noticeable, but still unique enough to be my favorite piece in the kitchen. :) The only downside to the bottle is leakage, but normally oil will only spill/drip if you a.) tilt your head back too quickly causing an extra drip or two, or oil drips out of the oil spout, or b. ) runs low oil level (down to about 1/4c I think) and the more you tilt the bottle the more likely oil is to spill out from under the oil spout. However, both of these "leakage" problems are easy to avoid, so it's not really a problem. If you can get your head on the bottle very well, keep it at least half full of oil most of the time and slowly tilt your head backwards/forwards to avoid spilling oil when using or putting away. you should be fine. 100% worth buying. I'll probably get some of the other colors available but love my yellow. :)
