I bought 4 different CAT6 and higher cables for my PoE setup from Amazon and this CAT5E cable. I decided it wasn't enough for PoE and decided to bring it back. Revain let me keep it, so I decided to use it because I like the color. Using true CAT6 and higher shielded cables, I was able to get my full 100Mbps and THEN MUCH through the TPLink PoE and PoE switch. I don't know if it was a flash for the ethernet jack or if it was a bottleneck, but I only got 80+ Mbps, which was disappointing but still adequate. If you just want a cheap ethernet cable and aren't worried about high speeds, this is it. But if you're like me and want to maximize your speed, I wouldn't use this in applications that require the full speed of your network.
