I bought this toy for my nine month old baby now it is one year old. He played with it in different ways. He loved (still loves) to chew on pieces of wood and now enjoys experimenting, throwing pieces at our wooden floor and seeing reactions and he loves putting pieces of wood into various toys. I love it when kids can use a toy in a different way than it was intended. Despite this, this toy is not one of his favorites, it is not played much and, most likely, I will not buy it again. The toy looks well made.
