Cords don't fit

I wish I had read the reviews before buying US size 1.5 needles. The screw tips are too small for the small twist cables. I don't know if there is a special cable for them (I couldn't find it) or if it's just a factory defect. I would bet on the latter. I wish I didn't have to send them back because I really wanted this size!
