i have arthritis and i have used their cases previously with both my xbox one and elite controller which prompted me to buy these as they have definitely helped increase gameplay time, before my hands start to hurt. great and adds more padding to this version of the Guardian. If I were to do it again I would buy a case with small bumps instead. These were the cases I bought for my previous controller and they are much more comfortable allowing me to play for longer. Plus it's cheaper. A minor annoyance with the cap is that you can't use the chatpad or mic monitor jack with the cap on unless you cut it off a bit. I've done this with my previous covers with no problems, but it would be nice if eXtremeRate could do it on its own.
