I love how fast we get results for our support team so far! As usual with these types of integrations they can be tricky the first couple times but after making some tweaks and getting our process figured out everything has been great thus far so no dislike at this point yet :) Would recommend to all - especially those who have never done anything like this before ;) We are solving several problems by using Swarmatica including reporting efficiency issues in real time which helps us solve problem faster and more efficiently while also saving costs :) I love how easy it was for me to set this up with our team! The support from their staff has been great as well. We are using it to track tickets in order to keep better tabs of what's going on internally. It also helps us stay organized by having all our ticket info right at hand when we need it. There isn't much else I can say about this product other than that I'm very happy with everything so far. They have been able to help solve several problems within my organization.
