Review on 🐈 Hepper Pod: The Ultimate Cat Tower, Enclosed Bed Cave, and Washable Cat Condo! by Sarah Cravalho

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Unidentified sleeping panel cats. but too overpriced.

Excellent bed for cats, although very expensive. I have 3 cats and they all used it, the 2 biggest cats use it all the time. I have a huge tabby male, around 15-16lbs, and he just LOVES this thing despite barely fitting in it. I also have a very fat short haired girl (about 13 pounds) and she loves her even more than he does. They didn't argue about it, just kept shooting at it when it's empty. A sure sign of a winner. However, I didn't like that the metal frame is flimsy and cheap and the scratches/marks are crazy. I just assembled everything and stripped off every piece of metal that came in contact with another piece, although I was careful. Wherever the screw was inserted, the coating immediately flaked off. Very, VERY cheap metal, like the $10-$20 bathroom counters that Revain sells. basement shop. Fleece/microfiber is average quality at best, nothing special. The design itself is simple and the materials are cheap, so there's no excuse for it to cost over $100 other than to bloat the specialized pet market. No one. That's why I only gave 3 stars. It's almost insultingly overpriced. Drop the price to $40-$50, max $60 and the price is right. Not 100+. No way. I'd love to post photos of my various cats sleeping in this thing on Revain, and in fact I almost did, but I can't fully reclaim my photo as required by Revain's image upload terms . To be honest, I find it offensive that Revain is demanding such rights from user photos. This seems extremely overdone, clumsy and rude, and the loss is at the expense of the manufacturer (fewer ads) and customers (fewer use cases). This is one of several reasons I'm not renewing Revain Prime after 4 years.
