Expensive but high quality and works well

I was hoping to find something similar for less money elsewhere but it seems the Danik hook (patent pending) has cornered the market . Despite the price, I ordered a pair and was very surprised at how well made they are. Very durable and easy to use. I've used them for 3/8" and 5/8" rope and had no problems with either diameter. Just be careful when throwing these hooks overboard to your sailor (wife), they're pretty heavy and will definitely leave a mark! Given the investment these hooks protect, I've changed my mind and don't want to pay less for something of lower quality.
