Revainrating 4 out of 5

The quality of the product is perfect, I would recommend this product to my friends.

If the Samsung representative office answers me and they like the review, then I will not mind working with you :) Hello, today I want to talk about such a wonderful phone as the Samsung Galaxy Note 9. I have been using this phone for 2 years now. I can say that there are many pros and cons. CONCLUSION: It is natural for you to decide whether a phone is good or bad, but on my own I will say that I liked this phone and I am going to use it for at least another year. I don't regret buying

Pros
  • PROS: - The first and most important plus is the S-pen. This is a very cool thing that I use all the time. Unfortunately, I lost my S-pen refills, but that didn't ruin my experience. I use the S-pen to take distant photos, take quick notes, and draw for relaxation. - flattering screen diagonal. For 2022, 6.4 is no longer a large phone size, but still it is very convenient for watching YouTube, playing games and using it. - Durability. This phone is quite durable, but it scratches very well (If you are wondering why, you can read about it). I wear my phone without a case half the time I use my phone. My phone is very scratched, but it is not broken. On the phone screen, I have two deep scratches (one is long and the other is short). In the photos you can see how I anointed the phone in two years :) The only thing I broke was the glass on the camera, but to replace this small glass, you need to change the entire back cover. - Quick fingerprint. Here I think without comment. The only thing is that the paint began to peel off the fingerprint and if the finger is wet, then the fingerprint most often does not work.
Cons
  • MINUSES: - For me, this is a minus, but if you buy a legally imported phone in Belarus, then it disappears for you. The essence of the problem - Samsung Pay does not work for me. It was my mistake and I decided to buy a phone in Europe, because it was cheaper, but due to the fact that I bought a phone in Europe - Contactless payments do not work for me. There are other applications in Belarus. I use Wallet Pay app. - Flimsy charging port. Maybe this problem is purely mine, but this is my opinion. After half a year, I had problems with the charging port. The solution was to buy a wireless charger and I charged the phone wirelessly for about three months, and then tried to charge it by wire again and it worked. I did not fix it due to the fact that I have no warranty, and wireless costs the same as fixing the charging port. - Sagging after 1.5 years of use. After 1.5 years of use, the device began to jam due to wear and tear of the processor and RAM of the phone. I often do a factory reset, but in any case, the phone lags. This is the scourge of our time and cannot be eradicated due to operating system ates and continuous improvement, the load on the operating system. - Battery. In 2 years of use, I lost 20% of battery capacity and this is the average figure for two years. The phone is enough for me for 5 hours (approximately) of screen time (using the phone).
