This is my fifth pair of sleep headphones. This is the perfect solution I've ever used! The battery life is the best! - it may last one night. more than 8 hours. Anyone who listens to audio books or music in their sleep will be happy with it. It also uses a new USB charging cable that's super easy to plug in (and super easy if you're fiddling with it in the dark to charge while you sleep). The sound is very good! The Bluetooth connection works well with my iPhone 8 plus. The eye visor works better than any I've used - it comfortably shields light from my eyes. The blue light in the controller is very weak and will not affect your sleep. The headphones themselves are thinner than others and very comfortable. Overall I would say that this is the best quality among bluetooth headphones with sleep mask. Highly recommended!
