I study computer science, so I spend most of the day at the computer. I've been having a terrible headache lately. Tried several brands of computer glasses and spectrum is the best. More comfortable than others with better clarity and glare reduction. Since you've got them, you've had less eye strain and headaches. I actually have several different Spektrum models just to always have a pair at work, one at school, one in my bag and one at home. These glasses have become so indispensable for my work on the computer. And they won't make you look crazy like some other bright yellow lens computer glasses. Can't recommend Spectrum enough! I thought these babies wouldn't fit me but I liked the colors so I decided to try them out as I'm quite a small person overall and they really suit me! glad i tried them
