I bought this great flash and strobe combo in September 2017. I fell in love with him instantly! When I was shooting with the Octobox in February and the slightest breeze kicked it, it fell on the LED screen (back) side of the flash and it broke. I mean broken, broken. The LED screen went completely black and I was devastated. Glad it was at the end of the session. Well I brought it home and threw it on my desk and told myself I would try to find parts to replace the broken part but no luck. Then my wonderful baby, who was actually bought as a gift for me, told me that she bought a leak and fall protection plan. AGE! I filed a claim and about 3 weeks later I received an email saying the technician had checked the product and it was beyond repair so they sent me a gift certificate worth the product. I logged in, found a new one, entered the gift card number and less than 24 hours later, bam, I hear a knock on the door and viola! This is my brand new AD200! Spend a few more dollars and a protection plan!
