Attractive and very well made product and priced right but the parts to connect and create a mixer are not universal. These are patented fittings. Therefore, if it breaks on the way, a person cannot go to a hardware store and replace or repair parts. Very well designed for easy connection with very few tools. However, the workers on the plastic connectors seem to have deteriorated over the years and from what I've read in other reviews it's difficult to contact the company to get parts for them. A chartered contractor does this for my own house, but I'm going back because I've seen it could be a problem in the future. It's value for money for all the brass parts, but among all the plastic joints they look subpar for long-term use. I've read that one person actually bought two of these just to have replacement parts, but at this price a person could buy a Delta faucet for significantly more money that has a lifetime warranty and has generic parts. I would love to give it five stars but to be honest I would install it with care and count on its longevity. When you're renovating a home to sell, that's a lot.
