Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best Wi-Fi monitoring system out of the four I've bought here at Revain.

While researching a Wi-Fi only camera system I bought four systems from Revain, returned three and kept this one. I have bought systems from OnWOTE, HISEEU, Firstrend and Canavis. If you're buying a Wi-Fi security system with a good picture and excellent Wi-Fi reception, which is crucial for the system to function properly, this system from Firstrend is your best bet for the cost and customer service mentioned in the briefing I'll have problems describe with other systems, this is based on my opinion and the work of the systems depending on where we had to place the cameras and systems. The OnWOTE system had average image quality and not good night vision at all. I also often lost contact with the cameras. The HiSeeu system was fine, but I had repeated power issues and contacted support via email. Johnny replied and agreed to send me a new power supply. He sent me an email notifying me of the delivery but almost a month after that email I received nothing. Due to a power outage and lack of brilliant support, this system was returned. The Canavis system had the best image quality and the worst reception range for cameras. I wanted to keep the Canavis system, but the connection failure and low transfer rate brought that system back as well. Yes, I know I could buy a Wi-Fi range extender to improve reception, but WHY should I? I'm not looking for a connecting mile, but an ordinary two-story house. And if I spend $200 on a system, it should be ready to use right away. The Firstrend system has an excellent image and good night vision. One of the best parts is the connectivity of the system. I get excellent signal transmission on the device and cameras, from the same places where other devices didn't work. I had one issue and that was that the camera was great during the day but at night the image was blurry as if condensation had formed behind the camera lens. So I contacted support via email and got a response within a day. They asked a few troubleshooting questions, the usual, and agreed to send me a new camera. It was excellent customer service. A new camera arrived within a few days and I was unable to add it to my system by following the instructions that were emailed with the shipping notification. So I found a phone number for Firstrend, 888-806-1588, called that number, left a voice message and also sent an email. The instructions sent turned out to be for a different system due to the menu configuration. Within a day I got a call from an international number, it was Firstrand. Wow, they called me back. During the conversation, a nice woman discussed with me my situation related to the inability to add a new camera to my system. She studied my order and the camera that was sent to me in return. She determined that the new camera was not compatible with the system I had purchased. She immediately informed me that she would send me a new camera for my system and that I should keep the camera that had been sent in error. I asked how long the new camera would last and she also added free priority shipping. So that same evening I received an email from Firstrend with a screenshot of the order placement for the new camera and 2-day delivery. I really couldn't ask for much more customer service. I've had the system up and running for over two weeks now and I can't stress enough that the reception range of this system and cameras is very good. I had to adjust the orientation of the antennas on the cameras for maximum throughput, but it works fine. So for the money the Firstrend system is great and the customer service is excellent. I hope the system lasts a few more years, we'll see. Take care,
