Review on Rainbow Flower Tulle Skirt For Toddler Girls: DXTON'S Stylish Tutu Clothes by Heather Collier

The skirt is cute and for $10 I guess I should not expect something that's amazingly well made. the tulles are not panels. They're just wavy strips of tulle attached to the elastics on one end. However, this is lined with a thin layer of cotton underneath so it actually functions like a skirt unlike some of the other tulles sold on Revain.Overall, well recommend if you're not expecting too much and I would buy another skirt from this vendor.
