I only ordered a pillow on the 16th July which is actually a pillowcase, delivery date was 20th August. Then it was late with an estimated delivery date of 24th August. I was supposed to check out on 28th August and when it still hadn't arrived I asked to cancel the delivery, I was refused a cancellation due to "technical problems" and it wasn't actually delivered until 6th September, lived after that I don't go there anymore. They asked me to remove my negative review because the product was delivered. To be honest I don't think they read my complaint at all. In short, only order from them if you Being able to wait months for delivery and understanding right from the start that the product description is inaccurate that it is a "pillow" and you need to order foam inserts I am me also not sure why the description says it can be used as a bedspread or indoor/outdoor. This material cannot be used for either.
