As a former ballroom dancer, my legs are - well, let's just say - not my best feature! I have to work with them about every week to keep the calluses from hardening and cracking, especially during the dry northern winter months! I've used almost everything on the market. I've been seduced by the trending new "electric" models (which are basically just battery operated) that are designed to make your legs look great without too much effort. Well, after reading countless reviews, I realized these devices couldn't do better! Also, the replacement is much more expensive and not as efficient. I mean I was tempted to buy a grinder at a hardware store when I could find one small enough! But more often than not, they just don't reach all the areas that this little pup does. Yes, I wear them occasionally as it can take up to an hour to work on both legs (especially when I'm watching TV at the same time). But replacing them once a year would still take a VERY LONG time to cost me as much as the ones that are popping up everywhere these days! And it's definitely MUCH easier than even the best Emory boards.
