I'm not quite sure what to say about this product. When I first used it, one of the batteries exploded. I don't know if it was just a bad battery or if it was due to the product overheating, but I've never had a battery problem like this. It was a good brand of battery and as I said I've never had a battery like this before so I can't say for sure if it was the foot care system or just a bad battery.
