Works great, wish I hadn't used it before.
I had it about 6 months after my husband said to buy it and I will use it. It never happened. I tried it myself and felt that the blade didn't scratch anything. I put it away thinking what a waste of money. So, yesterday I used a scrubber to scrape dried, thick shampoo out of my tub. As I flushed it I noticed the blade was back to front in the tool and I had to pull it out, flip it and tighten it. I thought damn I'm an idiot. I tried it with the blade and it did what it said. My stovetop was covered with burnt food, grease, etc. I did my best and my wrist hurts but I'm so happy with the end result. I will try to clean more often.
