TERRIBLE PRODUCT! even worse customer service.

This product does not work. It just plays statically so you can't even hear the movie. When I had a problem with my headphones, I wrote to the company. Their reaction was great at first, they wanted to help me. Then he turned around, FAST! They offered to send a new one but suddenly none were available. Pretty sure you can just send one without realizing they're "pinned". They then said I could get a 50% discount on the item or return it. Guess what! DO YOU HAVE CHILDREN?!? If they can't listen to their movie, what's the point of having a DVD player in the car? Now I have to return the product in full or lose it. I don't get it and I haven't had the worst customer service with the company. DO NOT BUY THESE EARPHONES, WASTE MONEY AND WILL NOT WORK!
