I received this product today and was surprised by how easy it was to set up. We are using this in our office of about a dozen employees and needed a simple solution to leverage our VOIP (straight to cell phone) calling service - we are on the BYOD plan. The device is very responsive to pairing which was important to us given the frequency at which users will rotate use of the device. The audio quality is superior to a Logitech device it has since replaced. Product is very small yet has some weight to it, giving it a heavy-duty feel. My only criticism is that I wish it were a tad bit louder - only time will tell as we have more bodies in the room (making noise). All said, this looks like it will be a quality product and we are happy to have something small, sturdy, and portable to use throughout the office. Once we have an opportunity to work with it for a few weeks we will consider purchasing multiple units to deploy throughout our various meeting spaces.
