Review on EverDesk by Chris Sanders

I like that its easy for me to find emails from different people at once instead of having them scattered around my computer or phone's storage space. It also allows multiple users access if needed without each person needing their own copy/storage device. Sometimes there are some glitches while using this program but they usually get fixed pretty fast by updating (if necessary). This product has helped streamline our workflow since we have one location where everyone keeps track of everything relating back-to-back communications between clients / customers & employees alike!
