I've been taking this for about 2 weeks now and before that I was on C4 Ripped. I train about 3-4 times a week and take it earlier. I don't feel very pumped while lifting, although there is less nausea and tingling. I sweat a lot more during a workout, be it strength or cardio, and I feel energized and not drained throughout the day. I feel slimmer and I've been told that time will tell. The taste is good. Although it's a large serving, I take 1 1/2 when I want more energy during an exercise and it helps me. I read someone saying it should be next to the bathroom. For me it only works at the end of the training session, i.e. about 2 hours later.
