I've been taking C4's explosive energy for a number of years. I decided to try Ultimate Shred and it works really well for me. You can definitely notice a boost in energy as well as better alertness. Still leaves skin feeling tingly like most C4 products. If you are looking for more energy that lasts all day and also burns some fat, give this product a try. The only issue I have is that the flavor needs work. It's a bit chalky, but overall this stuff works great. Definitely recommend.

No energy drink or pre workout has ever helped me, it works within minutes. I've been taking this for about 2 weeks now and before that I was on C4 Ripped. I train about 3-4 times a week and take it earlier. I don't feel very pumped while lifting, although there is less nausea and tingling.
