Motor didn't work out of the box; ordered and received a new motor and cartridge (couldn't remove the old cartridge) under warranty so I didn't have to pay. Attaching a screw to a bit is useless; The clearance to adjust the square drill so that it does not move, and the drill to move is too small. Too tight and nothing turns, too loose and everything turns; Unfortunately, I've never found a magical place where everything works properly. Three of the four WEN products I have work, which isn't very good given the cost of each tool. Find another brand.
