Complete Failure: Datastore

I bought 2 of these for my new build, configured and formatted. Then I started downloading a big game. 60GB on the SSD is dead. So I tried another one that hit about 45GB and then died. After going through the troubleshooting steps, both are completely unrecoverable on the original PC while the second one is used for testing.
