Notebook was a week late. When it first arrived it wouldn't turn on. Started on third try. I received an error message that the battery is not compatible and will not charge. Also, the Wi-Fi card would not turn on. I've been using the ethernet port to update windows hoping this will fix some issues. It's not like this. I then spent a few hours chatting with tech support and they were unable to resolve the issues. I returned the laptop the next morning. It would be hard for me to think of more ways to disappoint this purchase. I'm just glad I was able to ship it out in time to buy another laptop from another supplier before Christmas. Glad I tested the laptop before giving it away as defective.
