I like how it is easy for me as an individual with little experience in marketing or social media tools to use this type program (like Twitter). It can be difficult however when trying get people who are not familiar/used to these types of programs involved but i know they will learn quickly! As far reaching out via twitter goes; you cannot reach everyone so try different ways other than just tweeting your website address if possible :) Try new things every day - there's no harm in giving something else a go. Using our own hashtag has helped us gain more followers online which helps boost traffic to our webiste.
