I bought these as a set expecting them to last a year and would change the wheels leaving the axles and other parts. But they lasted even less than 6 months and the set cannot be reused. The problem is that bearings aren't waterproof, or even waterproof. They're not really sustainable. Dirt, dust and moisture damage the bearings. You can see the camp games if you look in the middle of the pictures. I want to replace sealed bearings with a center spacer that fits a 6mm axle. The center holes of the 608 bearings are 8mm in diameter. The bearing type is called 608 and after much research I found out that ZZ bearings are not sealed/weatherproof but can have a metal cap and RS are sealed. So I need a product similar to the Crew Outfitters wheel bearing kit for about $8 and I can get it now. Or a completely different set.
