Easy to use. Base ratio: 1 acrylic 60 to: 2 or 3 water to first make a mortar and then add this mixture to Thoroseal Waterproofing Putty. Dilute with water to desired consistency. A flat spatula is used for application. Creates a textured design. Toxic mask used during blending and application. The smell quickly dissipated, removing the mask.
