Overall this is a great storage item. It is large enough and strong enough to easily hold a 45 piece cutlery set. The transparent window is convenient. The lid is easy to open and close. If you have extra cutlery or "good silver" to stock then this is perfect. What's happening…. It's not strong enough to put things on it, so it's not practical to move it or store it in closets or shelves where things can be stacked on top. It's not anti-fading. If you put silver or electroplating in it, you need to put silver safety strips in it. (Follow the directions on the sterling silver security strip packaging.) It's easy to clean, looks good, and is very portable. Separate baskets are large enough to organize dishes. I have no problem mixing spoons or forks etc. Easy to move from storage to table, from kitchen to storage. I am very happy with the purchase. I am not receiving any compensation for this review.
