Review on Design House 514596 Marlowe Rubbed by Denise Berry

We bought two of these sconces to cover our fireplace. They really light up the room. It holds a bulb so you don't get too much light from it, but we still wanted a dimmer light than what we had. The frosted glass looks great. Installation was easy. I wish there was a better way to move the light away from the wall a bit. It comes with a nut only, so you can't tighten it a certain distance from the box without rotating the shaft in the box. If you press it against a wall, it can be difficult to remove the glass (which slides out from the top) to replace the bulb. We ended up leaving about 1/4 inch space on the sides and letting the bottom touch the wall. There's some light on the sides, but not bad.
