Here's what actually came with my frame: 4 metal sides that you mount into the frame (two short 20.25" and two longer 27.25") 8 small pieces of L-shaped metal that you need to screw, to tighten and connect the sides together (tightening the screws require a very small Phillips screwdriver aka tiny screwdriver, not included) 8 thin tension rods that press the puzzle or picture against the assembled metal frame 4 tiny cushion squares to avoid sharp metal corners of the frame from scratching the wall 2 hangers so you can mount the frame on the wall (They have a scratch on the back of the metal frame to help them fit but they seem tight enough once inside) 1 thin page with poorly written instructions. , this frameset does NOT come with: glass/plexiglass or backing. In order for you to actually frame the puzzle with this frame, you would ALSO have to BUY puzzle glue or something similar. I framed a 20x27 puzzle. with this frame so far. It took about fifteen to twenty minutes to put everything together, mainly because the instructions were very poorly written. The flimsy tie rods required some maneuvering to ensure there were no gaps between my jigsaw piece and my frame. If there were 10 tie rods instead of 8 I would find it easier and I wouldn't have to constantly rearrange them. The looks of this frame are pretty good. This is a sharp metal frame. However, you can see some silvery metal on the corners of the frame where the bars meet because they didn't paint the edges of the frame where they meet black as well. This frame, once assembled and filled with a jigsaw, is not very strong and wobbles a bit. It could really use some support. TL; DR This is not a complete hanging puzzle set. ONLY metal frame which is difficult to assemble. You need to buy puzzle glue together with this product to hang the puzzle. The only reason I didn't give it a star is because all the pieces were there and I was able to put it together and complete my puzzle.
