I had a lot of problems with them when I first got them. I must have been too rude because they broke my phone and it was very difficult for me to remove them. From that point on I resigned myself to only using blue tooth headphones but my review caught attention and they sent me a replacement pair. This pair is used with my laptop and works just as well as I remember my first pair which is brilliant. They have excellent quality and sound, and it's very easy to drown out other noises and focus when I'm wearing them. Great pair of headphones.
