Arrived quickly and in good condition. These are actually the same balls that you get with ANY branded box of "puck balls" that you purchase. The stigma on the balls is the same, despite the stigma on the box. Anyway, I bought them as an experiment, so here we go. I've made two batches of towels so far. Towels with eco balls. Towels smell no fresher than if you just used hot water. So if you want to get rid of the "case” in the wash, don't even bother. Towels without eco balls: I made with ONLY hot water and they came out the same as the other load I made WITH balls. You won't notice any difference on the website. After all, it's just bath towels. I ran another cycle with normal everyday laundry, one load with the recommended amount of detergent and one load with eco balls only. They both look clean, as do the towels, and apparently laundry washed in detergent smells better of perfume. There will be more tests. used towels that already had that "daytime" wet weird smell. Even if you are cleaning something that has body fluids on it. Please use real detergent of some kind, these things are scientific magic. Basically, they're just agitators, ceramic balls that aren't backed by any scientific studies that say they actually sterilize clothes.
