They won't even replace under warranty until they return the dead product!
I ordered this item in July 2020. He just killed me. I tried working with the manufacturer and they wanted my dead product before replacing it. I use this Bluetooth every day for work. NOT CORRECT especially with warranty. Not order. Product manufacturers are wrong. UNHAPPY!
