Revainrating 1 out of 5

Will never last Severed heads at All Pine Target in Grass Field. Do not buy.

We've used them 3 times for 15-20 minutes each since receiving them and throwing them at a custom made Tomahawk (pine/softwood, 2 x 4 butts) that uses 100% wood in all fields of grass aimed . 3 of 4 severed heads yesterday. The two are in the exact same spot and pattern, indicating a major stress/weak spot and design flaw. 2 out of 3 broke on a throw that actually got stuck in the target as if it made any sense and one broke when it got stuck in the soft grass below the target. Compared to (no real comparison) two sets of SOG Fasthawks have been thrown at the same targets for about 1 year probably an average of 1-3 hours per week. they are well below average. SOGS are almost all new and abandoned by children, grown women and maniacs (the point is that they are abused). So far I've only had to sharpen the SOG once and they feel abandoned and are a quality product. .each other regularly by inexperienced throwers. Because it's a 2x4 softwood disc and I'm personally the only one throwing these junkers. It's just that there's no excise tax on breaking heads, while SOGS are just really well made, that's obviously not the case. The feeling of them was normal at best. But they turned well and held up well before breaking. But then again, even if they didn't break that easily. I wouldn't give it more than 2-3 stars for the weight. Pen/hold and fee, even considering the cheaper cost. When you look at how short they lasted, there's no value. They are well below the quality and only slightly below the price (I bought the Fasthawk on sale so it's actually the same price) as the SOGS and again have a serious design flaw in the stock near the heads. See identical tears in 2-4 photos. I paint all my tomohawks (and throwing knives) fluorescent pink so we can find them easier in the grass. I hate doing this with nice new shiny (expensive) hawks. but better than losing her. Ha! See how almost perfectly and exactly two out of three clicked in the same place, the shape of the shape etc. (again on the throw when the blade stuck in the target. Not very strong either. And the handle was on the ground under head, pierces a pine target). end of business. Don't buy even if they fix the broken head/design flaw. Get SOGS (or other quality hawks. SOGS are my first and only other hawks. So all I know. and probably my only future ones too)
